Ingredients
1½ cups filtered water
1–2 tbsp fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1 tsp dried)
Optional: 1 slice fresh ginger or pinch of lavender
Optional: ½ tsp raw honey or monk fruit
Instructions
1. Bring water to a gentle boil.
2. Add lemon balm leaves and optional herbs.
3. Remove from heat and steep for 5–7 minutes.
