Ingredients
1 tbsp dried lemon balm (or 2 tbsp fresh)
1½ cups hot water (not boiling)
Optional: lemon slice or stevia drop
Instructions
1. Bring water to just below boiling.
2. Pour over lemon balm in a mug.
3. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
4. Strain and add lemon or stevia if desired.
5. Sip 30–60 minutes before bed.
Notes
