Ingredients
2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup frozen fruit (berries, banana, or mango)
Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and frozen fruit to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
4. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
5. Let sit at room temp for 10 minutes before scooping.
6. Serve plain or with toppings like nuts, granola, or more fruit.
Notes
For a smoother texture, freeze the container for only 2 hours. Over-freezing may create ice crystals.
