Description
A refreshing and metabolism-boosting Brazilian drink made with yerba mate, lime, ginger, and cayenne. Great for weight loss and clean energy.
Ingredients
1 cup brewed yerba mate (hot or cold)
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
Pinch of cayenne pepper
5 drops liquid chlorophyll (optional)
Ice cubes
Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
1. Brew yerba mate using hot (not boiling) water and let it cool.
2. Squeeze in the juice of one fresh lime.
3. Add the grated ginger and stir gently.
4. Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne and mix.
5. Optional: add chlorophyll and mint.
6. Serve over ice or enjoy warm.
Notes
Best consumed in the morning or mid-afternoon.
